**Role Purpose**
- Review offline sales strategies & increase the sales revenue
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Responsible for leading the team and expansion projects (B2B, B2C,D2C)
- Develop specific sales and marketing plans/activities to drive sales and achieve targets
- Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, door to door canvassing, site visits, etc.
- Monitor sales team performance and push the team to hit revenue goals.
- Motivate the sales team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
- Generating own leads and bringing in revenue for the brand.
- Assist customers by selling our products and services, while maximizing sales.

**Job Requirements**
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related fields will be an advantage. 3. 3-5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or startup background
- Strong sales ability and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner. 7. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting **start up environment**.
