
Locum (Operations and Administration)

You will provide operations and administration services as a Locum (Operations and Administration) to the National University Health System (NUHS) and may be deployed to the NUHS assigned facilities that are involved in provision of healthcare at a COVID Virtual Ward. If necessary, you may be redeployed to COVID community care facilities, ward or similar facilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact patients to monitor them following a protocol and escalate to healthcare team immediately when there are concerns
- Remind patients to submit their vital signs if they have not done so by the required timeline
- Facilitate tasks relating to patients’ enrolment and/or transfer or discharge and follow up using the hospital administrative systems based on the workflow created for patients
- Undertake duties which may be assigned by the NUHS staff member depending on the requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Patient Care Coordinator
- Able to work independently
- Strong organisational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
