**Who are we?**

Wigetworks Private Limited (Wigetworks) was incorporated in Singapore in April 2004. It was established with the main purposes to commercialize Wing-in-Ground (WIG) effect craft technology and to be the centre of excellence of WIG technology.

Wigetworks owns all patents, intellectual property rights and know-how for the design and production of all Airfish types of WIG craft and also the license and exclusive rights to market and distribute Airfish technology worldwide. All the licenses were obtained from Airfoil Development GmbH (AFD). At the same period, Wigetworks also acquired a prototype of Airfish 8, an 8-seater WIG craft and Airfish 3; an 2-seater WIG craft built by AFD based Dr Alexander Martin Lippisch’s reverse delta wing design.

Airfish 8 prototype, later named as AF8-001, was built in Germany in the late 1990s and extensive sea trials were conducted in the Netherlands and in Australia in 2001. In 2004, the prototype was transferred to Wigetworks and after refurbishment the prototype went for a series of successful sea trials in Thailand in 2007 and in Singapore in 2008. Lloyd’s Register granted AF8-001 entry into class in 2010.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for a complete IT Support, who will be responsible in ensuring all access are well maintained, improvised and supported from time to time. This role will also be responsible for undertaking governance and cybersecurity support in compliance to local governance.

**Full Job Description and core responsibilities**:

- Machine Management in Intune. Documentation and guide compilation for end users.
- High level knowledge of Agile development. Provide technical architectural support to the Project and ensure project architecture is aligned with whole-of-Government architecture, policies, and framework.
- Review and enhance the government-wide identity services to support users and future business needs.
- Continuously finds means and ways to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly with various teams to provide quality support to team.
- Provision of new joiners with appropriate hardware and software support and access.

**1.** **Internal support and Information Security Control.**
- Responsible for cybersecurity, system and network administration of IT network and systems. The scope includes cybersecurity related tasks such as auditing, performing system and security log monitoring and reporting, as well as day-to-day end users support, maintenance of servers, firewall, network and internet connectivity throughout the organisation.

**2.** **IT Inventory Management.**
- Undertake IT system hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and configuration of servers, network equipment, network connectivity and other IT equipment. Liaising with IT vendors on procurement of the software, hardware, equipment repairs, and maintenance.

**3.** **Provide Shared Service to other entities.**
- Oversee IT support as and when needed for local as well as regional offices with current software in place.

**4.** **Ensure IT Governance.**
- Knowledge of up to date of innovations, services and offerings from commercial providers so as to recommend modernised solutions, designs and processes to projects.
- Review and adoption of relevant industry best practices recommended by Government IT infrastructure, specifically for the infrastructure for identity and access management.
- Ensure that project implementation and operations are aligned to Government technology standards and policies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security and highest level of confidentiality practitioner.

**5.** **Knowledge requirement**
- **Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration, including but not limited to**:

- Good knowledge mainly on Azure Active Directory administration,
- Conditional Access Policy, Multi-Factor Authentication and Identity and Access Management, Implementing Microsoft Office 365 tenant-level configuration, including but not limited to:

- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft365, Microsoft technology, basic CLI. Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft365 Security and Compliance Policies.
- Service configuration for core Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SPO, EXO and OneDrive, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention policies, retention policies.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor of Computer Science or in Information Technology / Information Systems, or equivalent / Digital Media, Computer Engineering or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
