**Primary Purpose**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IBP APAC, the primary role of the Regional S&OP Manager is to inspire, coach and drive the development, execution and optimization of S&OP in the APAC region.

You will play an important role in developing planning skills and capabilities and implementing aligned S&OP processes, systems, and tools to enable supply chain to meet required business outcomes. You will lead the development and execution of S&OP strategies, collaborating closely with country SCM to align demand, supply, and financial plans and drive operational efficiency.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support and drive the deployment of a S&OP planning architecture (roles & responsibilities, processes, and tools) into the SBCs that closely aligns market requirements with regional standardisation
- Take a hands-on approach to Design, develop and implement S&OP process and strategies tailored for the APAC regions, taking into account each market dynamics, customer demand, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with country Supply chain to develop & optimize full cycle IBP including replenishment planning, demand & supply reconciliation, inventory management, and distribution strategies to meet demand while minimizing cost and lead times.
- Provide coaching and training to supply chain personnel across APAC countries, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage in S&OP process. Serve as a mentor and resource to support the professional development and growth of APAC supply chain planning personnel.
- Support the execution of key meetings in the country S&OP cycles, and bring outcomes and escalations into the Regional S&OP Forum. Lift the supply chain focus from execution to proactively planning, to drive improvements
- Strive to build and maintain an assumption-based demand forecast which reflects the plans most likely outcome. Facilitate comparison between demand forecast and financial targets to trigger gap-closing actions
- Establish, Design and align KPIs related to S&OP process effectiveness and supply chain performance in APAC region, identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication within the APAC region, foster strong relationships and alignment between different departments and countries.
- Partner with SMO team, IT on system development initiatives including the implementation and enhancement of SAP MRP functionality to support optimization of S&OP process.
- Support global projects & Initiatives related to S&OP/IBP process improvement and system development, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. Collaboration with country SCM and global team to identify opportunities for standardization, scalability and synergies across regions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within APAC region by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance S&OP process, system, and practices.
- Proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks and opportunities within the APAC region, including supply disruption, critical customer demand, Inventory slow moving, etc and coordinate with global and country SCM on risk mitigations and solutions.
- Monitor and Control total APAC inventory, ensuring optimal levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

**Inherent Requirements**

Formal Qualifications
- Bachelor ‘s degree or above in business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Key Skills / Core Competencies
- Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills
- Strong SAP ECC knowledge desirable
- Strong Power BI / data management capability
- Ability to embrace diversity and foster an inclusive work environment where different perspectives are valued and respected
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in S&OP
- Excellent skills building and delivering presentations, both online and inreal life
- Written and spoken English skills must be highly proficient
- Advance Excel & Automation skills are preferred
- APIC qualified certs is preferred

Experience
- More than 8 years of experience in leading and managing S&OP or relevant planning roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing S&OP processes and strategies in multinational organizations.
- Experienced working with inventory management practices and procedures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive business insights and decisions.
