The APAC Demand Planner is responsible for the following:
APAC S&OP

Lead the improvement and execution of the S&OP processes within APAC; including analysis of the total APAC Demand and Supply gap, Inventory levels and Master capacity overview.

Drive process improvement to eventually optimize customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the business operating plans and strategic objectives.

ASEAN S&OP

Lead the establishment and execution of the ASEAN S&OP processes; including the Demand Planning, Inventory Planning and Master supply plan. Execute all facets of the S&OP process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the Asean business operating plans and strategic objectives.

Supply Chain Operation

Responsible for the Sinapore JV Supply chain process establishment and SAP set up business initiation, including order to cash and plan to deliver operations SOP and continue improvement.

Process Optimisation

Preparation, review and optimisation of templates to support the standardization of processes in APAC.

Support the regional supply chain program development.

Lead the SAP improvement project for APAC SD and LES module as regional key user.

Budget preparation

Support the annual preparation of APAC supply chain budgets, amongst others cost, projects and inventory budget

Project work

Support all projects in the APAC supply chain development and improvement

Profile & Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; multi-lingual abilities a plus, especially Mandarin.
- Willingness and flexibility to work remotely with several calls and virtual conferences
- Some flexibility to travel, up to 20%
- 5- 7 years S and OP process in a manufacturing and production environment
- Experience in demand and supply analysis, inventory and logistics cost management, manufacturing processes, procurement can be beneficial.
- Highly analytical
- Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Pivot chart and Powerpoint
- Team player and project leading experience
- Logistic and Warehousing experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAP and SAP business analysis as well as data base systems is preferred
- Proactiveness - the ability to work with broad objectives, exercise initiative to ask for relevant support, and find solutions
- Ability to work independently and with tight schedules, with strong organization and project management skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work in international environment, the ability to work with diverse personalities and motivate others; a strong team player
- Multinational experience is an advantage
- Commitment to professionalism and collaboration
