As Global S&OP Business System Improvement Consultant, the incumbent is placed in Singapore to support global production and APAC region but also be a part of the organization of group value chain based in Bredebro, Denmark. The incumbent will be working in a fast paced dynamic environment, often balancing several priorities at the same time. The main purpose of the job is to ensure timely development, roll out, training and support for the Anaplan and supporting systems, mainly acting as a model builder function within the global Anaplan project. Priorities will be based on the globally agreed project portfolio managed by the Global S&OP manager.
- Ensure optimal Anaplan infrastructure
- Optimize space usage
- Optimize data structure for usage in diverse models
- Assign users in Anaplan based on Anaplan contract allowances and managers approval
- Ensure development of Anaplan tools for global production and APAC Region.
- Develop and implement Anaplan models to support business needs
- Ensure correct data structure for all models and inputs
- Document Anaplan models logic built
- Adhere to the common set of development guidelines and documentation
- Ensure roll-out of the Anaplan tools for global production and APAC Region
- Provide input to timelines, and ensure timely delivery based on agreed timelines
- Support business either in person or online during UATs and roll-out sessions of projects
- Ensure training of receivers/super users of the Anaplan tool
- Provide briefing for UAT and roll-out
- Provide SOPs/training documents for UAT and roll out sessions
- Ensure continuous support and enhancements for global production and APAC Region
- Enhance and fix bugs in Anaplan models based on needs from the business
- Provide support to super users on live models when needed
- Collect enhancement suggestions and general feedback on the models where the incumbent is responsible

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years’ experience, Entry level
- Experience in Anaplan, Power BI or VBA, a plus
- Advanced Excel user skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in a changing environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
