- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Singapore- Head of Regional S&OP & Supply Chain planning, is the Key leadership role in regional level S&OP and Supply chain (SC) Planning, you will play an important role in shaping the future of Lazada Logistics Planning functions.
- As a leader of the S&OP team, principle focus areas is to build and drive capability on Forecast, Capacity planning and campaign management competency, to drive the Supply chain Planning excellence across the Lazada South East Asia logistics network.
- Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Build and lead the Global planning roadmap, Collaboration, Governance and analytical practise on Long-term - tactical and Operational planning
- This leadership role will drive the regional deployment of Target operating model, processes, tools, and training to improve Planning accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in the Regional S&OP processes.
- Create and develop structure to drive Analytical & Statistical deep dive on commercial forecasts, network capacity and Consensus based planning while partnering cross functional with Venture teams/departments and regional function.
- This position will influence key decision-making processes with ample opportunities for enterprise-wide impact, exposure, learning and development.
- As leader instrumental to Improve forecast and capacity planning accuracy through analytical and data driven root cause analysis and guide to improve planning metrics.
- Develop and drive an integrated supply chain planning processes that effectively support Lazada’s growing and dynamic business model.
- As a Regional leader of the S&OP and SC planning Function, building Regional and venture level Competency in Forecast, Capacity and Supply chain planning capability across the Lazada logistics network

**Job Requirements**
- Leadership experience in driving the S&OP and Planning competency in large organisation
- Track record in working with high performance teams with effective transition change management, communicating and working effectively across ventures.
- Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing Ecommerce marketplace across South east Asia.
- Pursues alternative solutions, works well in group problem solving situations, presents ideas and information in a compelling way. Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking, using intuition and experience to complement data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a decentralized organization, partnering closely with stakeholders, Lead senior level engagement, Commercial collaboration and Venture level partnerships
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
