**Responsibilities**:
**S&OP Analytics**
- Support the preparation of the monthly S&OP for both Consumer and Commercial PBU. Prepares the deck for S&OP meetings. Deep dived analysis includes Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Utilizaiton, Import volme and Factories Confirmation rate. Compilation of the 3 Plants, 8 Countires views to One ASEAN Cluster view, with optimization. Drive the PSI discussions with ASEAN and Country / Plant Leadership (Production, Sales and Inventory).
- Focus on Capacity Optimization of ASEAN 3 Plants. Drives RvsCC choices within the S&OP horizon of 18 months window. Protect PBU interests with an aim to optimize costs, improve service level and work centers investment.
- Evaluate sourcing opportunities
- Develop Dashboard to improve the entire S&OP process

**Accountable for one set of data and process**
- ASEAN SC data integrity; tracks and measures clusters SC performance, follows reporting from each cluster to the region, and from region to Corporate. Makes sure that 1 set of data principle is implemented. This task will be considered as difficult until IT system implemented.

**Transformation & Digitalization**
- Supports the AP Transformation & Digitalization at ASEAN level, especially Integrated Planning System. Collaborates with COE organization to ensure adoption of the aligned process across all geographies and clusters in the areas of demand & supply planning. Be Power User for ASEAN in Supply Planning.

**Data analytics and data consolidation**
- Expert Analysis and data consolidation. Develop tools and provide supply chian analysis for ASEAN 8 countries, 3 Plants on Demand / Risk & Opportunities, Supply (Capacity, Inventory, Import Requirements, Factories Confirmation and Delivery Performance) and Logistics (costs and R&O) etc.
- Present analysis to Supply Chain and Business Leaders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in business and/or supply chain or any other related practices
- At least 8 to 10 years experience in Supply Chain at managerial level in a multinational company, preferably in the FMCG or Automotive industry. Good experiences in data analytics and using analytics to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills; firm and flexible at the same time; outstanding team working skills; ability to communicate with high levels of the organization; foreign languages an asset; outstanding meeting facilitation skills.
- High work ethics.
- Perseverance and results driven, process and systems driven.
- Proven experience in running SAP supply chain modules or any Advance Integrated Planning Systems
- APICS is preferred or Supply Chain Degree / Master
- Agility in running worksheets, deep sense of data accuracy.
- Project management skill is a plus.
- Understanding of the S&OP process and one dataset philosophy
