**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accounts receivable (AR) duties which includes processing of daily invoices and data entry.
- Prepare and issue monthly statement of accounts to customers.
- Prepare AR collection/aging report.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on collection from debtors.
- Monitor, prepare and update monthly accounts receivables.
- Update cashbook (receivables).
- Process customers’ orders and generate daily stock report.
- Liaise with outsourced logistics on deliveries.
- Assist to check on cash receipts against sales report generated.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm

Alternate Saturday - 9:00am to 1:00pm

**Requirements**:

- Accounting Professional Certificate (LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy) or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Responsible, meticulous and with can-do attitude.
