Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales, credit note & received transactions
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and other irregularities and follow up with customers on payment
- Work closely with Sales Team on Sales Orders and outstanding Sales invoices
- Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
- Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

**Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function
- Well organized, meticulous, detail oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese due to the need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates.
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
