**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.

2. Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms and include all necessary documentation.

3. Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.

4. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments and allocations.

5. Implement and execute effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.

6. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and facilitate timely resolution of payment issues.

7. Assess creditworthiness of new clients and establish appropriate credit limits.

8. Monitor and review existing credit terms, adjusting as necessary.

9. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payments.

10. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and receivables.

11. Generate and analyze accounts receivables reports for management review.

12. Prepare monthly GTO statements for submission to the landlords.

13. Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize cash flow and minimize days sales outstanding (DSO).

14. Identify opportunities for process improvements in the accounts receivables cycle.

15. Assist in all financial audits related to accounts receivables, provide necessary documentation and support.

16. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, audit requirements and legal requirements.

17. Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting accounts receivables processes.

18. Any other ad hoc requests from reporting manager.

**Job Requirements**:
1. At least 3 years of experience in handling the accounts receivable function.

2. Experienced in handling large volume of transactions.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables processes.

4. Meticulous and attentive to details, accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Qualifications Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Accountancy.

**Technical Competencies**:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting system (training will be provided).

2. Knowledge of tax regulations related to accounts receivable.
