**1. Role Description**
The Admin Executive will support the Owner of Swift Motor in administrative matters which include streamlining business processes like documentation, attending to clients, creating invoices, handling payments, procurement of office supplies, updating of agreements, and keeping track of sales leads.
**2. Specific Responsibilities**
Individual to be involved in:
1. Research and understand needs of potential clients.
2. Create pitch decks and explore collaborative frameworks with potential clients.
3. Develop quotations and business proposals.
4. Create weekly reports to update management on progress.
5. Work with internal and external parties to deliver smooth service.
6. Work with management team to devise new business development strategies to grow the company.
**3. Competencies**
1. Active participation in meetings to set goals, objectives and strategies for business growth.
2. Research on needs, profile and background of potential clients.
3. Understand and support operations process.
4. Develop collaborative frameworks.
5. Ability to handle clients professionally.
6. Stakeholder management and reporting.
**4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered**
6 months
**5. Approved Training Allowance**:
- Fresh Graduates - $2,000
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,000
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500
**6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship**:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
