**Job Functions & Summary:
Responsible for managing a team of golf course maintenance staff to ensure that the maintenance of the golf course is carried out promptly and efficiently. He/she is also required to continuously develop and implement maintenance procedures.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities:
(1) Monitor daily set-up of the golf course and the efficiency of all maintenance works to suit changing conditions.

(2) Responsible for scouting and reporting changing course conditions and job status.

(3) Work closely with the Director of GCM,Course Superintendents and Assistant Course Superintendents to fine-tune the work plan.

(4) Supervises, delegate work assignments and proper upkeep and maintenance of the golf courses.

(5) Attend any golf course maintenance issues on the ground.

(6) Work closely with Environmental Technician/Supervisor on the fertilizer and chemical stock and purchases required.

(7) Educate staff on the proper techniques of equipment/machinery and always enforcing of safety measures.

(8) Prepares daily report of the golf course conditions to the Course Superintendent/Assistant Course Superintendent.

(9) Ensures overall compliance and good practices/procedures in statutory workplace safety and health (WSH), NEA, PUB, Npark, SCDF and liaises with the agencies if needed.

(10) Administrative duties that include but are not limited to filing,system encoding, procurement procedures,asnd other computer-related duties will be required in relation to golf course maintenance from time to time.

(11) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge in light and heavy maintenance equipment and automotive apparatuses.
- Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented with excellent leadership capabilities.
- An eye for detail to ensure quality control for tasks and highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented individual.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
- Ability to lead, adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, work with multi-ethnic teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be physically fit.
