**About the Company**

Our Client is a fast-growing and disruptive financial technology company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address and troubleshoot technical issues that are escalated from customer support teams;
- Work closely with customers and with internal teams to ensure reliability of systems;
- Create monitoring tools to keep track of issues in after integration and deployment;
- Utilise the relevant tools to identify bugs and report them;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that issues are resolved by the appropriate persons;
- Contribute to support documents to build knowledge base.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering or a relevant discipline;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in support for software-as-a-service products;
- Good understanding of microservices and APIs, as well as their tools for troubleshooting;
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written, as well as working proficiency in regional language would be an advantage;
- Strong drive and passion for technology.
