**Job Description**:

Your Role.
Responsible to support the Company and Sales Team by providing support functions such as:
- recruitment
- employee engagement
- performance management
You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking and maintaining performance records and providing support to managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Provide support to employees (HR-related issues, concerns, working tools)
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
