You will be part of the People Resourcing Team, responsible for the recruitment, compensation and benefits administration of our nimble workforce.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to recruit, appoint and onboard new hires.
- Provide end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits for the adjunct workforce, leveraging on the HR system, Workday. Coordinate with recruitment agency to hire temporary and short-term manpower for departments and schools. Identify opportunities and adopting emerging technologies to enhance HR practices and resolve HR process issues.
- Support other areas of work and projects as and when assigned.
What We Are Looking for:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Team player with the ability to work with people across all levels in the organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines with mínimal supervision
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvement through automation (e.g. Power Automate, Power BI and UI Path)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous
- Experience in using Workday and managing procurement matters will be an advantage.
