**Job Highlights**:
**Working location**: Pandan Loop
**Working hours**: 830AM to 530PM
**Working days**: Monday - Friday
With Variable Bonus and AWS
**Responsibilities**:
Involve in the talent management program - recruitment and selection process
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Managing workplace safety issues
Involve in the learning and development program of new or existing employees
Maintaining HR records
Monthly payroll processing
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
General HR matters
**Job Requirements**:
At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HRM or similar discipline
At least 1 years of working experience in a related field.
Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement
