Inside Technical Sales Coordinator

CitiSafe is a leading supplier of ambient air, particulate, radiation, sound level detection equipment and solutions across all industry segments.
- Permanent Position : Inside Sales Position
- Salary : Attractive Remuneration + AWS + VB + Permanent benefits
- Location : North (Woodlands)
- Working Hours : 9-6 Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements
- Generate sales related documents for internal and external use.
- Assist sales team in daily operations and administrative functions
- Follow up quotes and track orders to ensure timely payment and delivery.
- Work with the Sales team to execute the business plan and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales-related resources and marketing collateral.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material for events.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of sales support/coordinator experience
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- A Team Player with high level of dedication
- Diploma in any field
- Experience dealing with Industrial, Government, Contractors, O&G Refining/Petrochemical industry is preferred.
