Overview
Inside Sales Coordinator at Achieve Group. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our sales team and contribute to business growth. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from quotation to delivery.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on outstanding payments.
Support marketing activities such as trade shows and product launches.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors and manage delivery updates.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
1—2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong bilingual communication skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
