**Sales & Marketing Coordinator
1. Manage and support inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels

2. Ensure deliveries and product levels to improve retail stores & e-commerce inventory procedures

3. Monitor, analyze, and optimise the stock supply levels across retail sales operations

4. Communicate and contribute to inventory team effort by accomplishing results as needed

5. Report on inventory levels and procedural efficiency to management team

6. Support and grow online/digital sales & marketing activities

7. Ensure coordination of activities to meet department objectives

8. Perform administrative functions and sales support duty including organizing, collation of information and documentation

9. Prepare monthly inventory stock report, data analysis report and powerpoint report.

**Requirements**:
1. Knowledge of E-commerce platform sales support and Inventory support.

3. Organizational skills and attentive to details

4. Assist in data analysis

5. Preferably certificate/diploma in Administrative, Project Management or Marketing

6. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

7. Strong communication skills and effective team player
