Prepare and cook/bake food (pizza, pasta, sauces, dressing, grill seafood/meat, salads) as directed by the chef in charge and in accodance to company standards.

Maintain food hygeine, portion control and presentation standards.

Proper disposal and storage of all food items and waste.

Ensure and maintain inventory/stock are in order/sufficient.

Keep up with fast pace environment.

High energy and a strong passion for serving good food.

5.5 days work week. 1.5 days rest day. Able to work, weekends and public holidays.

Able to communicate with superiors/management when necessary.
