
Key Account Manager

Develop an Enterprise Account Plan for each enterprise account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
- Develop and manage Go-to-Market strategy for the mass market solution
- Prospecting, building the pipeline and selling SESAMi cloud-based procurement solutions to potential clients
- Participate in RFQs, Tenders with preparation of Business Value Selling proposals and other follow-through presentations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, local market and competitive issues and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and develop visionary road maps for product, sales and account related activities
- Create and own established and credible relationships with relevant accounts, by understanding their business needs, challenges and expectations at an organisational and individual level
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your scope, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues for customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on client status/stakeholders, sales progress and account metrics
- Exceed sales revenue targets assigned
- Lead the monthly group management reporting with variance analysis on key business drivers such as Sales, Marketing, & Revenue
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills
- A self-starter, able to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solver, with exemplary leadership skills
- Having an extensive network of industry contacts will be a plus
- Good understanding on eProcurement systems (GeBIZ, SESAMi, etc) and the Source-to Pay process will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
