As our B2B Account Manager for Nespresso Singapore, you will acquire new medium and large customers in the Office Channels and evolve the business with existing customers to deliver agreed objectives/targets.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE AS B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER (Nespresso Singapore)**
**Sustainable Acquisition & Customer Lifecycle management**
- Aligned with the sales field plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory and acquire new medium and large accounts by following the Nespresso B2B Office Guidelines
- Identify and contact key decision makers using diverse methods and tools such as cold calling/visit, social media, events etc.
- Tailor our value proposition to increase business with existing customers / maximize penetration rate in a customer
- Use of CRM system to manage leads and grow existing customers
- Use P&L approach for specific offers to reach the sales targets
- Liaise with B2B Business Operations and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities and customer lifecycle management
**Customer knowledge and continuous improvement**
- Solid understanding of the territory and customers’ needs
- Understand and analyze future trends to capture business opportunities with leads and existing customers
- Leverage this know-how to the sales team (Best practice sharing)
- Monitor and report all competitive activities and share it with B2B Marketing team
- Challenge areas of improvement and suggest ideas to close gaps
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Sales & Marketing / Economics
- At least 3 years in B2B (Direct Sales) sales experience in acquiring and managing medium to large accounts
- Demonstrated good level leadership/project management skills during previous work experience
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
