As our HORECA Sales Manager for Nespresso Singapore, you will lead and motivate the B2B HORECA Team for the channel to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values by achieving yearly objectives and budgets and translating them into yearly and monthly targets for the team.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE AS HORECA SALES MANAGER (Nespresso Singapore)
**Build Bottom-up Commercial Plans**
- Act as a key link between the field operations and the Nespresso Strategy, by coordinating and implementing the B2B strategy (prospect, select)
- Set the yearly targets for the HORECA team with the B2B Commercial Manager
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

**Commercial Activities & Best Practice**
- Execute international commercial guidelines (e.g. Sales and Trade Terms, Channel guidelines, remuneration, etc.).
- Collaborate with B2B Commercial Manager, Office Manager, Key Account Manager and support functions (Supply Chain, TQM etc.) to deliver overall commercial plan.
- Coordinate with the Insights team and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship management.
- Active and accurate Pipeline Management, to coordinate and ensure with Supply Chain the adequate supply of machines, coffee, accessories etc. to ensure provision to B2B customers.
- Aligned with the sales field plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory to acquire new medium and large accounts
- Identify and contact key decision makers using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events...)

**People Development**
- Recruit, train and motivate the sales field team (objective settings, tracking and coaching)
- Define the annual training needs and give daily basis feedback and on the job training (NN guidelines, Business insight, coaching & feedback).
- Ensure that all Sales people meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments,

**Premium Brand Values and Customer Experience**:

- Ensure consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the Consumer/Customer experience in the HORECA environment.
- Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso Brand Image.

**Adhere to all Company principles and policies**
- Ensure that all commercial B2B activities are managed according to Nestlé and Nespresso business principles including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Sales & Marketing / Economics
- At least 5 years in B2B (Direct Sales) and 3 years of Sales Management experience
- Has consistently demonstrated success in challenging and diverse sales roles.
- Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
