**Catering Sales Manager**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
- Stay up-to-date on current catering sales trends
- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
- Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
- Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy
- Monthly reporting of plan execution and actual spend vs budget.
- Menu Development and launches.
- Assist in Writing and negotiating sales contracts according to corporate procedures.
- Evaluate sales campaigns (product and brand driven)
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with third party suppliers and customers that work on our brands.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in management in a **Catering Sales **setting
- Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others
- Aware of the latest sales trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper management
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
- Background in Catering is a must
