**Loyalty Marketing Associate (Finance and Admin)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Single point of contact for department’s IT needs and cover for department’s administrative needs.
- Ensure seamless roll-out of system enhancements raised.
- Effect manual miles credit/debit in KrisFlyer account in a timely manner, with proper approvals.
- Track budget and forecasts submissions accurately and timely.
- Support Partnerships on tracking partner agreements are renewed.
- Department’s daily admin needs are well maintained and managed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an administrative role and being digitally-savvy. Marketing systems work experience would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills, sharp business acumen, and an eye for details
- Responsible team player with a high standard of excellence
- Able to work both independently and in a team and to multi-task
