As a Loyalty Marketing Associate in Singapore Airlines Loyalty Marketing Department, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides superior customer service to Priority Passenger Service (PPS) Club members in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the team on day-to-day administration and operations of the PPS Club mailbox.
- Generate reports from internal customer platforms to support the team’s daily servicing functions and for data analysis and review.
- Assist in hosting and registration duties at PPS Club events as required.
- Dissemination of correspondence for follow up action, respond to members’ queries, provide logístical support such as arranging delivery of gifts to members.
- Assume a lead role in the purchasing function for corporate/event gifts. This includes sourcing for vendors and quotations, monitor vendor spent, co-managing the corporate gift budget and inventory records for the department whilst ensuring compliance with Purchasing Manual and Corporate Branding guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the unit’s administrative functions and take on any ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants should have a good diploma in any discipline
- He/she must be highly motivated, well-articulated and can work independently and as a team
- He/she must possess good service attributes and must be able to manage internal and external relationships in a professional manner
- Applicants must be conversant in MS Office (primarily Microsoft Excel), and HTML development of eDMs
- He/she is also required to provide logístical support pre-and-post events
