ASSISTANT/DEPUTY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE
[What you will be working on]
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and communications skills to join the team in Learning and Career Development Division. You will be supporting the development of our organisational functional capability.
You will play a key role in implementing a competency-driven career management framework in LTA, which include developing competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, training roadmaps and career pathways in LTA. Your work will also include initiating a large-scale competency assessment across LTA, and leveraging on metrics and data to analyse development needs of staff and identify effective interventions to address competency gaps. You will also be required to work closely with business units on the change management and implementation of the various competency, career and learning initiatives.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary Qualification in any discipline
- Experience in learning and competency development will be an advantage
- Comfortable with working with data
- Confident in interacting with stakeholders and presenting to management staff
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently to deliver within tight timeline
- Experience in using Tableau / Data Visualisation software would be an added advantage
