About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Asia Pacific (APAC) Ecosystem Enablement Team Leader to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing partner enablement and development growth across Red Hat’s managed partner ecosystem in APAC. You will need to understand Red Hat’s solutions portfolio and partner programs and make those relevant to partner business strategies and contribute to ongoing joint commercial success. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a dynamic and collaborative individual, comfortable working within matrixed organizations to define and achieve significant business outcomes. As an APAC Ecosystem Enablement Team Leader, you’ll need to be highly effective in business planning, communicating targets, making progress toward the targets, and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders. You’ll work with a high level of collaboration, building relationships with key partners and Red Hat stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Lead the APAC Partner Ecosystem Enablement team to meet or exceed all partner technical and business skills capability metrics and targets
- Collaborate with the global partner ecosystem development team to build innovative partner enablement, development, and credentialing strategies and plans
- Work with APAC partner ecosystem go-to-market management team to grow sales, presales and delivery capability across Red Hat’s managed partner ecosystem and align with overall business priorities and goals
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including APAC Partner Ecosystem Leadership team, programs team, and Ecosystem Solutions Architect leadership to ensure the right content, programs, funding, and resources are available to support the APAC enablement and development plan
- Work with the Marketing team on partner marketing plans and fulfillment
- Establish trusted relationships with partner executives in Red Hat’s managed partner ecosystem
- Ensure best practices are socialized and implemented across the APAC Ecosystem Enablement team
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing team
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner presales or partner account management
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience in managing enablement programs and partner enablement initiatives, ideally for an enterprise software provider or systems integrator
- Advanced understanding of channel and partner ecosystems including the diverse enablement needs of the various functions like sales, presales, and delivery
- Good working knowledge of Red Hat's partner program and ecosystem
- Excellent leadership and management skills with ability to motivate, recruit, and develop team members
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation writing skills
- Willingness to travel estimated 25% regionally or internationally in line with Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines
