Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business enablement and due diligence efforts for partners across the Asia Pacific region.
- Support the end-to-end business enablement process for new partners in APAC.
- Serve as a key point of contact for business enablement in APAC.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Business, Product) to execute business enablement workflows and requirements.
- Respond to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and business enablement inquiries from partners, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of business enablement materials & resources that enhance the partner experience.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools, templates, and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Track partner activation metrics and provide insights for increased efficiency and engagement.
About You
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in business enablement, onboarding, or customer experience roles. You should have a proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional projects with guidance from team members.
You'll need exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams. Experience supporting partners in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is also required.
A strong organizational skill set and attention to detail are essential, with a focus on following and contributing to process improvement. Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite is preferred.
Bonus Requirements
Familiarity with responding to partner due diligence and compliance documentation is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is also highly valued.
Familiarity with the APAC regulatory and compliance landscape related to financial partnerships, generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and crafting effective prompts is desired.
