Job Brief:
**Job Description**:
HR Administration
- Generate all HR related letters (eg: Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Acceptance of Resignation)
- Handle all Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims
- Handle all Surgical & Hospitalization claims
- Handle all MOM work pass related matters (eg: Application, Appeals & Cancellation)
- Purchase of security bond
- Handle the repatriation process
- Assist HR administration task such as maintaining and updating of employee's P-file, ensuring data accuracy
- Any other tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
- Strong attention to details and practice accuracy in delivery
- Possesses basic computer knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
