We are looking for a CRM Executive to work closely with the Senior CRM Manager in developing and implementing key CRM projects leading to growth of the various brands within the Nestle Nutrition Business Unit.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Work across Brand, Careline and Creative teams to develop, plan and execute campaigns across various communication channels.
- Steady recruitment of new members into base through communications, events and partnerships.
- Track, measure and report on performance of CRM projects.
- Design and conduct A/B tests for optimization and improvement of results.
- Develop first party data lead generation projects to grow and renew database.
- Work with stakeholders in implementing Martech solutions.
- Manage logistics and fulfilment of CRM operations including stock levels, deliveries, reproduction of premiums.
- Develop and maintain partnerships for co-branding and lead generation opportunities
- Lead in events (eg. Baby Fairs) for consumer engagement opportunities and brand building.
- Work with Careline team to build positive consumer experiences and loyalty among our base.
**What will make you successful**:
- Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in CRM or equivalent
- Proactive, well organized, dynamic. Able to work independently.
- Analytical and data driven.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for creative detail.
- Good project management skills with knowledge in marketing communications
- Have a consumer first mindset
- Able to work occasional weekends for events
