**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- This position oversees the Graduate division in developing, managing, and administering its programmes.
- The incumbent must possess critical judgment to work independently with a strong capability to forge strategic collaboration across faculty, schools, stakeholders and industry partners to ensure the success of the graduate programmes.
- Assume management for the research programmes of Graduate division as well as Continuing Education programmes
- Ensure efficient administration of Student Recruitment and Student Admission/matriculation procedures and processes in compliance with policies and guidelines
- Develop and introduce new Programmes, and assist in curricula development and management.
- Provide support and liaise with faculty/other schools/external professors on programme mentorship/in supervisory role for MA and thesis submission
- Partner and build meaningful ties with academic collaborators across other schools, institutions and local/overseas government agencies, and external stakeholders
- Organise, drive and support marketing activities and outreach initiatives by the school to promote the school’s programmes
- Assist to identify and pursue alternative funding sources

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
- Mature, resilient and is results-driven
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
