**HR Generalist**
The respective Employee will report to HR Manager and be responsible to:
**1. **ON-BOARDING & OFF-BOARDING**
- Preparation of contract of service.
- Conduct structured orientation program to brief new staff on-board (non-executive level & below).
- Provide and brief all employees on Company handbook and policies.
- Introduction to HODs during Employee’s 1st day of work and walk new recruits through the office premise and departments.
- Ensure proper exit for all resignees or terminated staff.
**2. **PAYROLL/LEAVE/PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS**
- Input, update and maintenance of leave/ medical records for employees via E-leave system.
- Maintenance and upkeep of employee data in the HR system.
- Input, update and preparation of employee’s salary, overtime, allowances and other pay related matters during monthly payroll.
- Provision of HR forms and update forms whenever necessary.
- Preparation of confirmation, adjustments, promotion, annual increment and warning letters.
- Managing the whole resignation process and off
- boarding process.
- Ensure all necessary documents/security passes/company assets issued by HR are returned to HR on last day of service.
- Communicating company goals, objectives and decisions to employees.
- Ensuring compliance to organizational directive.
**3. **LIASION WITH GOVERNMENT/STAT BOARDS ON RELATED HR MATTERS**
**4. **ADMINISTRATION MATTERS**
- Daily attendance reporting and update of employees’ attendance.
- Manage the employees’ leave updates.
- Inform Senior HR Executive of any AWOL for more than 2 days issues.
- Sourcing and purchasing of any office supplies. E.g. Uniforms and safety shoes.
- Any other HR/Admin matters whenever directed by Senior HR Executive / MD / Management.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
**1) **EDUCATION**:
Degree in HRM or at least Diploma in HRM or equivalent
**2) **EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:
Minimum 2 years of direct HR experience in the relevant field
**3) **SKILLS &/OR ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
a) Hands on knowledge of payroll system eg. Infotech
c) Effective communication and interaction skills with staff of all levels
d) Objective Thinking with good analytical skills in handing HR Issues
