**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tailored to the needs of the school environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, organizing staff engagement activities and wellness programs to enhance job satisfaction and employee retention.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, working closely with management and department heads to ensure staff are meeting their objectives and receiving appropriate feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure that the school’s HR practices align with the overall mission and vision of the school, contributing to an enriching educational environment for both staff and students.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee data using HR management software, ensuring data privacy and compliance with PDPA.
- Other necessary tasks as required.

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in an educational institution setting.
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
