**What the role is**
- As part of the Startup Development Division, you will be working closely with Singapore’s startup ecosystem partners to support the execution of initiatives and programmes that will drive the growth of the startup ecosystem in collaboration with partners.
**What you will be working on**
- To achieve the goals of the Startup Development Division, you will need to: - Establish strong relations within the start-up ecosystem, both locally and globally, and with public agencies working with startups, to understand the needs of various stakeholders. - Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both physical and online infrastructures are available to facilitate connections between startups, investors and enablers in the startup ecosystem. Such infrastructure includes startup clusters at LaunchPads and Startup SG Network. - Manage, integrate, and utilise different sources of data through data warehousing. Utilise business intelligence tools (ie Tableau) for analysis to derive recommendations. - Co-manage and co-develop data related elements for Startup SG Network to ensure that platform meets the needs of startups and various enablers in facilitating connections. - Liaising with data owners across teams for reporting and analysis. Maintenance of technical assets and performance tracking indicators. - In addition, you will have the opportunity to review, ideate, and refine the division’s engagement of startups, investors and enablers to foster tighter connections within the startup ecosystem to support Singapore-based startups in their growth. Through these areas of work, you will have the opportunity to interact with global and local startup ecosystem players and develop tight partnerships with Startup SG programme partners such as incubators and accelerators.
