Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in sales and sales management.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing a quota-driven sales team, including coaching pipeline management and sales techniques (effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, etc.).
- Experience in managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level clients.
- Ability to demonstrate a diverse cultural understanding and comfort working with global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

As a Sales Manager for Mid-Market Sales, you'll lead and coach a high-performing Sales team to understand our E-commerce, Retail, and Omnichannel advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You'll inspire your team to exceed business and product adoption goals, enabling them to manage and grow portfolios of diverse advertising customers. Using an analytical approach to sales management, you will set the goals for your team, own the strategy, planning, and execution of team-wide account growth, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Mid-Market Sales team. You will recruit, train, and motivate a team of Account Strategists and sellers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing Sales team.
- Deliver against business and product growth goals, grow engagement, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of mid-market businesses in the Southeast Asia market, ensuring Google advertising solutions are driving maximum value for retail businesses.
- Analyze data, trends, and customer performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers.
- Model and coach skills/behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture fueled by diverse hiring, clear outcomes, and support for team members to learn, succeed, and grow.
