**Role summary**:
We are looking for an ambitious individual with entrepreneurial spirit to join our Commercial team. The individual will have a positive and friendly attitude with four primary areas of responsibilities (1) Drive sales of SME loans and Receivables Financing to Small Medium Enterprises (“SME”); (2) Manage end-to-end client onboarding; (3) Grow existing business footprint; (4) Manage overall client experience (CX)

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Drive Sales of SME Loans and Receivables Financing
- Originate SME Loans and Receivable Financing
- Develop strategies for sales of Loans and Receivable products
- Develop new markets for SME loans and Receivables via regional and global footprint

(2) Managing end-to-end client onboarding
- Handle client due diligence, know-you-client requirements.
- Facilitate overall onboarding documentary requirements.
- Facilitate loan documentation and collateral management requirements.

(3) Grow existing business footprint
- Identify industrial focus for SME loans and receivables financing.
- Develop opportunities in a global and regional market.
- Lead all discussions with partners to grow the business model.

(4) Manage overall client experience
- Ensure client experience is well managed.
- Handle client complaints

**Role specific technical competencies**:

- Knowledge of SME Loans (including unsecured, trade products, government guarantee schemes) and receivables financing products and related risks, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, FCC risk, legal risks and etc.
- Experience in managing sales numbers and sales goals
- Experience in SME Banking in Singapore/Hong Kong will be a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)

**Qualifications (training, licences, memberships and certifications)**:

- College degree level education required
- 3-5 years of experience in SME Loan Sales
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Good team-player, but also able to work independently and make logical decisions
