As a Marketing Manager-Coca-Cola TM, you’ll work to help develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for one of the for Coca-Cola TM, along with the other marketing managers for Meals, Breaks, Choice, Innovation, under the supervision of the Coca-Cola TM Director, in ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Co-develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for one for Coca-Cola TM in ASP to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets.
- Recommend and deliver a rolling 24-month OU calendar
- Works closely with the Global and OU Senior Brand Directors to ensure clear alignment on the Brand Architecture, Positioning and global growth strategies
- Lead potential Global Charters (tbd), working closely with the entire Coca-Cola OU network globally
- Identify new volume and profit growth areas across the full OBPPC spectrum. Assess attractive local consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts and strong analytics in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g., new beverage sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new merchandise categories, new channels of distribution to sell licensed merchandise).
- Partner with internal (R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Zones) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new and/or improved packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive System value/business objectives
- Drive commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/ messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions
- Provide leadership, clear direction and prioritization to the Creative Strategy leads and IMX teams to achieve the business goals. Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, licensed or specialty merchandise, etc.) to direct their work activities in order to generate concepts for effective execution

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum 8+ years of brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal. Bachelor’s degree required

Work Focus
- Ability to provide input on portfolio strategy for a category, including OU-level nuance on global brands and regional / local brand outlook
- Ability to lead integrated brand strategy (positioning, innovation, occasions, and general competitive opportunities) and brand creative strategy (creative ideas and execution)
- Deep consumer understanding, with a grounding in insights and analytics
- Business / commercial acumen, including financial proficiency, ability to recommend on resource needs/allocation
- Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
