We are Recruiting a Marketing Process Manager to be based in one of our offices in Southeast Asia, Australia or New Zealand.

As the Marketing Process Manager you will form a key part of our Marketing Capabilities & Operations team in position with regional responsibilities.

In this job you would be responsible for:

- Leading the processes for managing innovation, integrated marketing and Commercial decision-making and resource management across the region, and the implementation of the related routines and processes
- Engaging our entire Marketing function, bottling, sales and distribution partners across ensuring a seamless integration of marketing proceses.
- Managing project backlog and ensuring accuracy of data across all projects, timing and resourcing including providing timely reports.
- Holding the stewardship of ways-of-working including onboarding, documenting and on-going training.
- Introducing tools and best practices
- Supporting, the creation of a compelling vision and strategic agenda as well as Resource Management Capabilities, in anticipation of the future.

**Experience required**:

- 8+ years of experience in leading multifunctional teams including Marketing, Innovation, Project Management, and Agile Ways-of-Working
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
- Experience in leading and managing a full set of processes and routines
- Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred
