**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Issue Invoice and Delivery Order

2. Check stock and keep Inventory Record

3. Update Inventory after each transaction

4. Issue Purchase Order to suppliers, expedite shipment and monitor shipment

5. Perform data entry, administration bookeeping and filing

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office: MS Excel and MS Word
- Billingual in both English and Mandarin/Chinese

Work 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Working Hour: 10am to 1pm

Work Location: Macpherson Area
