Roles & Responsibilities

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and keep the office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and order office supplies and stationery.
  • Handle general admin tasks, including office maintenance
  • Support daily operations with administrative and clerical duties.
  • Assist with order fulfilment for the Operations team.
  • Arrange mail and courier services.
  • Update inventory lists and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Handle phone calls and assist with other ad-hoc duties.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (retail experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Independent, organised, and detail oriented.
  • 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
