**About Our Client**:
Our client is a large **Global FMCG** company headquartered in the US with operations across EMEA and APAC. They boast a market cap of north of **USD 10 billion**, with strong growth plans for their APAC business based on strong performance. With a new **CIO** onboard 12 months ago, they are in the process of **transforming** the technology landscape globally.
- Lead a regional team in APAC and partner with key stakeholders within the organisation to support corporate strategies and technology realisation and delivery
- Be the interface between GTS and business partners to shape the business demand and unlock the business value from those assets and capabilities
- Create strategic alignment of operational processes and projects in APAC, including new plant startup projects as well as changes to existing operations
- Prepare the local organisation for changes in technology, systems, policies and procedures
- Drive operational excellence leveraging resources in and outside the country to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of service outcomes
- Drive the team to implement systems & tools that will detect, diagnose, remedy and report the service quality of local business transactions to ensure that they meet or exceed business performance measures
- Partner with the other supporting GTS groups to achieve common goals - PMO, architecture, security, infrastructure
- Evaluate current and future infrastructure needs
- Lead the GTS operation to support a 24/7 environment
- Provide support to quarterly forecasting and monthly variance analysis on actuals v/s budget for local services
- Responsible for documenting GTS systems and technology deployed and how to use them
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organisation
- Lead local initiatives from a GTS standpoint, ensuring delivery to agreed upon schedule and budget.
- Help support for any internal or external audits of GTS systems; oversee solution or process corrections as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams
- Superior analytical and modelling skills including demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex architectural models from numerous sources, synthesising reports and viewpoints, and dealing with challenges creatively
- Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to negotiate and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Strongly preferred skill set in Manufacturing or Food and Beverage Industry
- Ability for up to travel
