HR Business Partner Apac

As an HR Business Partner APAC you will have a passion to delivery strategic and operational HR support to your designated business unit(s) and countries within the InvestCloud international organisation. The role will be a blend of providing both strategic HR and recruitment support to a wide variety of stakeholders with the key driver of ensuring all activities are aligned to global HR strategy. You will also be involved in leading and supporting HR projects across a wide variety of HR areas, ensuring a consistent global delivery is followed.

**How you will provide meaningful contributions**:

- Lead and manage the APAC HR team members HR team members
- Working with the HR Director APAC & EMEA on regional HR projects to ensure timely successful delivery and alignment with global HR policy
- Partner with managers to ensure they have the tools and process knowledge to manage employees effectively; manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and where relevant developing HR policy to support these activities
- Develop relationships with divisional heads and senior management to become a trusted advisor on all HR related topics
- Act as a main point of contact for APAC employee questions and partnering with the wider Global HR team to ensure policy and guidance is standardised across APAC locations as much as possible being mindful of country level laws and regulations
- Partner with hiring managers across APAC locations to provide full-cycle recruitment support
- Work with divisional heads and senior management to define hiring needs that are approved to support business strategy
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding for a smooth transition in and out of the business, enhancing policy and process as the business evolves
- Ensure HRIS data is maintained, working with the CoE HRIS team to understand ongoing system enhancements are adopted in APAC locations
- Partner with Global HR on HR initiatives such as benefit renewals and mobility policy as examples
- Provide training and support to new HR team members and ensuring smooth transition of tasks where necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned related to HR support for designated business unit(s)

**Job Related Experience & Knowledge**
- At least 10 years experience providing HR support to multiple country locations in APAC (Singapore / Hong Kong / Japan) preferred
- Operate with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience in Learning & Development, Employee Relations and C&B
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and organise workload to assure timelines are met
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and in helping team members navigate the same
