
HR Business Partner

Executive Search: Our client is a fast-growing technology solutions company with HQ in Europe. For the APAC HQ in Singapore, we are looking for a **Strong and All-Rounded HR Business Partner **to lead a small team and to work along the core management team across APAC.
This HRBP will play a critical role in supporting the APAC’s Sales division, working closely with sales leaders and teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and drive employee engagement and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Partner with Sales to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales professionals.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new sales hires.
- Implement talent development initiatives, including training and career progression plans.
3. Performance Management:
- Work with Sales managers to establish performance standards and ensure regular performance reviews.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and reward programs.
4. Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances within the Sales Division.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through effective communication and conflict resolution.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to develop and administer competitive compensation and incentive programs.
- Ensure fair and equitable compensation practices within the Sales Division.
6. Compliance and HR Policies:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance within the Sales Division.
- Communicate and implement company HR policies and procedures.
7. Data Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on HR metrics related to sales performance and employee engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions.
**The profile we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a sales-oriented organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Prior experience in change management, and driving business from an HR perspective
- Ability to be a strong business partner to the Leadership and challenge status quo
- Ability to navigate amongst ambiguity and support regional businesses
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
