Head of HR APAC - Global Financial Services

Frazer Jones is retained by a leading international financial services group to appoint a Head of HR APAC (Senior Director) based in Singapore.

This strategic leadership role involves overseeing a high-performing, collaborative, and geographically dispersed team of Country HR Heads and Regional HR Business Partner Leads across APAC. The role reports to the Group Head of HR and works closely with the Regional CEO, Front Office Business Heads, and Infrastructure Leaders. The individual will drive strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and relationship-driven environment.

The candidate will have senior managerial accountability, working with regulators, and represent HR for APAC at ExCO. They will oversee all regional HR advisory and projects from an APAC people perspective and provide strategic leadership to the regional HR Business Partnering and HR Transformation functions across APAC, within a high-touch, stakeholder-facing environment.

The ideal candidate is a credible, engaging APAC Head of HR with experience in global or regional HR leadership roles within financial services organizations. Experience partnering with Investment Banking and Front Office leadership across multiple markets in APAC, EMEA, and the US is highly desirable. The candidate should be comfortable managing seasoned teams of HR Directors and VPs, balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR leader with a track record at MD/Senior Director level, who enjoys working in an international, matrix environment, leading HR change, transformation, and delivering best-in-class HR advisory and partnering. Experience based in Singapore is required, with some travel to London and New York.
