**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Sales and IT departments on after-sales support.
- Maintain inventory and data records of assets.
- Assist in the preparation of quotation, purchase order, invoice & Delivery order from software system.
- Manage general administrative tasks.
- Organize and save account data in shared folders.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotes.
- Monitor and follow up on client billings and vendor payments.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Over 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Pleasant disposition and team player.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
