**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the company and internal/external clients and suppliers
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all meetings and appointments
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
- Manage and maintain good book-keeping records
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and suppliers
- Receive and prepare payments from clients/suppliers accordingly
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
- Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
- Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients
- Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Address any necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed
- Ensure all process timelines are met and up-to-date
- Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationship

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Administrative, or equivalent experience required.
- Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce or other programs a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Able to multi-task while efficiently managing priorities
