
Administrative Assistant

Client Coordination: Arrange recordings for clients, ensuring smooth and timely scheduling.
Invoice Management: Follow up with clients on invoices and ensure all payments and records are up-to-date.
Daily Team Check-ins: Conduct end-of-day check-ins with the team to address any incomplete tasks and understand the reasons behind them (e.g., missing content posts for specific clients).
Social Media Content: Develop engaging cover images for Company's Instagram to enhance our online presence.
Order Fulfillment: Pack orders and handle exchanges efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Content Posting: Assist in posting content for both Viralvizions and Okami across various platforms.
Personal Assistant Duties: Provide personalized assistance to the CEOs, managing their schedules and supporting their daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Pay: $1,800.00 per month
