Sales Account Executive

Service existing and new client accounts
- Assist in tender project
- Monitor projects progressive to ensure timely delivery of project
- Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner
- Check progress payment claims for all sub-contractors
- Assist in project administration duties including cost control, meeting minutes, submission of documents to authorities etc
- Assist project team in ensuring sub-contractors work in line with tender requirements
- Assist project team in procurement duties eg sourcing, selection, comparison, review/verify quantity and unit rates, check Purchase Orders / Invoices etc
- Assist in contractual matters eg request for extension of time etc
- Preferably familiar with BCA regulations and construction industry
- Able to work independently and within a team, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
